What does the course include?

The course includes all the kitesurfing equipment necessary to perform the activity, also the reservation of the boat to go to the water!

What should I take with me?

We recommend you bring water, comfortable clothes for beach exercises and sunscreen.
Even in winter the sun in the Canary Islands can be quite strong.

What hours are there?

The day before your lesson, we will send you a whatsapp message with the exact time and place. We wait until the day before to know 100% exactly where the best wind conditions will be.

If I already kitesurf, which kite should I take with me?

The most commonly used kites in the north of the island are 9-12 meter kites for twintip sailing during the summer. In winter it can also be a good idea to bring a 13 or bigger. If you are planning a trip to the Sotavento lagoon, also bring a 7 metre kite to be on the safe side, as it can sometimes be stronger and gustier.

What is the best season on Fuerteventura?

The warmer months, from April to September, tend to be windy 95% of the time. However, in winter we still have around 60% of days with sufficient wind, which is still better than most other places.

Which wetsuit should I take?

For kitesurfing we normally use a 4/3 in winter and a 3/2 (shorty) in summer for the north of the island. When the wind is light, it is even possible to kitesurf without a wetsuit. The water temperature is around 23/25ºC in summer and 20/21ºC in the winter months.
