Corralejo
In the north of the island, Corralejo is one of the most popular kitesurfing areas. The Grandes Playas (often called Flag Beach – really Playa del Pozo, Playa del Médano and Playa del Viejo) have shallow water and steady wind, ideal for learning and dialling in your first manoeuvres, with Lobos Island on the horizon.
